If you pray The Divine Office – or even if you don’t but would like to try it out – why not suggest to your priest that perhaps he could include something from it in the list of services for the Easter Triduum ?
There are quite a lot of places which offer Morning Prayer on Good Friday and Holy Saturday, and perhaps Evening Prayer on Holy Saturday as well, and that’s not hard to organize : but perhaps the easiest thing is to do Night Prayer on Maundy Thursday and Good Friday.
On Maundy Thursday you can do it at Midnight (or whenever) at the end of the watch at the Altar of Repose, and on Good Friday it's really nice to say after all the rest of the day’s activities are over, before going home for your fish pie.

We always have the Office of Readings on Holy Saturday morning in our parish. Usually it's just Morning Prayer for the rest of the year. There are usually a few of us present and it helps to give a focus to the beginning of the day rather than just 'drifting' until the Vigil.
